<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n presentado se enmarca dentro de la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n orientada al desarrollo y puesta a punto de un modelo t\u00e9orico qeu permita alcanzar el mismo nivel de calidad enlos calcules de moleculas en disoluci\u00f3n que el logrado al estudiar las propiedades de monliculas en mientos que tan bi\u00e9n resultado han dado para los esturios en fase gas .  alnestro m\u00e9todo se conoce conel nombre de asep y se caracteriza jundamentalmente pro la combinaci\u00f3n de simulaciones de dinamica molecular con calculos cuanticos de alto nivel de precisi\u00f3n.Los resultados encontrados ponen claramente de manifiesto la validez de nuestro procedimiento para el estudio de sistemas tan complejos como lo son aquellos en los que existen asociaciones por puentes de hidrogeno de gran importancia tanto en qu\u00edmica como en bioqu\u00edmica.  igualmente proporciona optimas resultados para el tratamiento de  transiciones
