Para la preservaci\u00f3n de muestras biol\u00f3gicas se ha utilizado la tecnolog\u00eda del subenfriamiento con la que se consigue mantenerlas muestras por debajo de 0\u00c2\u00ba c sin congelaci\u00f3n gracias a su emulsi\u00f3n en una fase oleosa, transform\u00e1ndose en peque\u00f1as gotitas que evitan la nucleacion del hielo. esta t\u00e9cnica ha sido utilizada sobre muestras fijadas (nucleos aprotoplastos) que permanecieron solo enfriados de 1 a 6 semanas manteniendo sus caracter\u00edsticas estructurales y antig\u00e9nicas. Las experiencias llevadas a cabo sobre n\u00facleos sin fijar demuestran que estos mantienen sus caracter\u00edsticas estructurales, ultraestructurales, antig\u00e9nicas y funcionales despu\u00e9s del
