Este fenotipo es t\u00edpico de genes gluconeog\u00e9nicos como icl1 o fbp1. En el an\u00e1lisis de la secuencia promotora del gen se identificaron tres elementos de tipo csre cuya funcionalidad se demostr\u00f3 mediante an\u00e1lisis de deleci\u00f3n y de expresi\u00f3n heter\u00f3loga. Ensayos de retraso de la movilidad electrofor\u00e9tica pusieron de manifiesto la formaci\u00f3n de complejos de uni\u00f3n espec\u00edficos csre-prote\u00ednas. Adem\u00e1s, los csre de acr1 compitieron con el elemento csre del promotor icl1 por unirse a determinadas prote\u00ednas. La prote\u00edna quinasa cat1 es esencial para la actividad de estos elementos.  entre los factores transcripcionales que participan en la regulaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas mitocondriales, se demostr\u00f3 que la expresi\u00f3n del gen acr1 se ve afectada en cepas deficientes en el gen hap2 pero no en el gen hap1.  en el promotor acr1 existen adem\u00e1s dos elementos de tipo stre que participan en la respuesta general al estr\u00e9s de numerosos genes y cuya funcionalidad se demostr\u00f3 al delecionarlos espec\u00edficamente. Adem\u00e1s, la falta de los factores msn2 y msn4, que se unen directamente a ellos, hace disminuir la expresi\u00f3n de acr1. De acuerdo con ello, \u00e9sta se ve afectada al someter a las c\u00e9lulas de levadura a situaciones consideradas de estr\u00e9s para las c\u00e9lulas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
