Las condiciones de trabajo empleadas fueron cargas org\u00e1ncias entre 1000 y 3000 mg\/l , cada una de las cuales feron estudiadas en el intervalo de ph 5,5-12,0 y a temperatura de 30\u00c2\u00bac. El tratamiento biol\u00f3gico empleado fue de lodos activos. El seguimeinto de la experiencias fue diario a trav\u00e9s de los par\u00e1metros: ph dqo mg\/l, nh mg n\/l, no2 mg n\/l, no3 mg n\/l y po3 mg\/p\/l. De los resultados se concluye que esta agua residuales son facilmente biodgradables siguiendo un proceso secuencial, la evoluci\u00f3n de los nutrientes amonio y fosfatos se siguen por la relaci\u00f3n mg n\/mgp, la cual indica que a partir de la primera semana de estudio se empiezan a degradar los compuestos m\u00e1s complejos de la leche. Las cas\u00ednas. A paritr de los 20 d\u00edas de estu\u00f1dio, la realci\u00c2\u00bfon n\/p cae a cero indicando que el amonio est\u00e1 desapareciendo. El estudio de no2 y no3 indica que se est\u00e1 produciendo nitrificaci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan la bibliogfraf\u00eda, el intervalo de ph \u00f3ptimo para la nitrificaci\u00f3n es 7,5-8,5.
