Se ha analizado la influencia que ejerce la temperatura del aire en el compartimento del chorro.  se han realizado cinco grupos de ensayos denominados series i,ii,iii,iv y v. En las series i,ii,iii y iv se ha empleado como liquido inyectado el diesel ligero y en las series v se ha usado el biogas\u00f3leo (ester metilico)obtenido a partir del aceite de girasol. Las medidas principales han sido efectuadas con un anem\u00f3metro de desfase doppler de dos componentes. Se han obtenido las distribuciones de velocidades axiales y radiales medias de las gotas, asi como las distribuciones de diametros medios de gotas para distintos instantes de tiempo y localizaciones espaciales. Los datos han sido adquiridos en todos los ensayos durante una ventana temporald e 50 us, por lo cual la caracterizaci\u00f3n del chorro puede considerarse instantanea. Como metodo auxiliar de medici\u00f3n se ha usado un sistema de adquisici\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes dotado con una camara ccd.  a partir de los resultados obtenidos en los ensayos realizados se ha caracterizado la evoluci\u00f3n espacial y tempral del chorro a distintas temperaturas del aire ambiente y se ha encontrado una expresi\u00f3n para determinar la penetraci\u00f3n del chorro cuando el aire ambiente est\u00e1 a presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica.
