G\u00f3mez Cama <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se realiza el dise\u00f1o de una interfaz en tecnolog\u00eda cmos vlsi para microsensores capacitivos, basada en un modulador delta-sigma. este dise\u00f1o ha sido realizado seg\u00fan una metodolog\u00eda top-down.  el primer paso ha sido un an\u00e1lisis de los posibles m\u00e9todos de medida de este tipo de sensores, y su modelizaci\u00f3n con lenguajes de descripci\u00f3n de hardware anal\u00f3gicos hdl-a.  seguidamente se ha realizado el dise\u00f1o funcional del mismo.
