{"id":86074,"date":"2018-03-10T00:10:38","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:10:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/aproximacio-a-la-fisiologia-del-casteller\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:10:38","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:10:38","slug":"aproximacio-a-la-fisiologia-del-casteller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/aproximacio-a-la-fisiologia-del-casteller\/","title":{"rendered":"Aproximacio a la fisiolog\u00eda del casteller"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jaume Roset Llobet <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se han intentado poner de manifiesto los principales cambios fisiol\u00f3gicos y sus consecuencias fisiopatol\u00f3gicas en los castellers (actividad popular catalana que consiste en alzar torres humanas de hasta 10 hombres de altura).  la hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo fue el importante esfuerzo fisico (generalmente de tipo isom\u00e9trico) sumado al uso de la faja de contenci\u00f3n abdominal-lumbar, al estr\u00e9s termico y al estr\u00e9s mental que implica esta actividad puede comportar una serie de cambios a nivel cardiovascular y metabolico que, en algunos casos concretos, podria llegar a implicar un cierto riesgo para la salud.  para conseguir estos datos se realizaron monitorizaciones de la pa, ecg, metabolismo, catecolaminas y frecuencia cardiaca a 206 castellers de 4 agrupaciones (colles) distintas durante la realizaci\u00f3n de 1498 castells (torres humanas).  de forma muy breve podr\u00edamos decir que, a la vista de los resultados, realizar castells es una actividad en la que, aunque a primera vista, destacan sus caracteristicas fisicas son los condicionantes psiquicos los que implican unas mayores exigencias y comportan una mayor respuesta del organismo.  los cambios observados en los castellers se centran  en una activaci\u00f3n cardiovascular y metabolica importante debida al estr\u00e9s mental y una respuesta presora exagerada en respuesta a la contraccion isometrica sostenida.  esto se concretaria en que los castellers de los pisos inferiores, debido al ejercicio de tipo isom\u00e9trico sostenido, presentan aumentos destacables de la presi\u00f3n arterial durante la realizaci\u00f3n de los castells con eventuales hipotensiones al finalizar la construccion. Esta contracci\u00f3n isom\u00e9trica tambien comportaria un aumento destacado del lactato y las enzimas musculares en el plasma.  el estr\u00e9s mental, en funci\u00f3n de aspectos como la dificultad
