Desde el punto de vista experimental, se realiza una aproximaci\u00f3n que permite la preparaci\u00f3n de un intermedio avanzado que contiene cuatro de los cinco anillos del esqueleto de bruceantina. La caracterizacion qu\u00edmica de los productos intermedios se realiza en base a su caracter\u00edtica espectrosc\u00f3picas, especialmente rmn y masas de alta resoluci\u00f3n.
