{"id":86119,"date":"2018-03-10T00:10:38","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:10:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/pastrones-de-proliferacion-y-division-celular-en-loslinajes-neuronales-postembrionarios-de-drosophila-implicacion-del-gen-minibrain-en-la-neurogenesis-postembrionaria\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:10:38","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:10:38","slug":"pastrones-de-proliferacion-y-division-celular-en-loslinajes-neuronales-postembrionarios-de-drosophila-implicacion-del-gen-minibrain-en-la-neurogenesis-postembrionaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/pastrones-de-proliferacion-y-division-celular-en-loslinajes-neuronales-postembrionarios-de-drosophila-implicacion-del-gen-minibrain-en-la-neurogenesis-postembrionaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Pastrones de proliferaci\u00f3n y divisi\u00f3n celular en loslinajes neuronales postembrionarios de drosophila. implicacion del gen minibrain en la neurog\u00e9nesis postembrionaria"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Juli\u00e1n Cer\u00f3n Madrigal <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El gen minibrain (mnb) en drosophila melanogaster codifica para una nueva familia de prote\u00ednas quinasas que tienen una funci\u00f3n relacionada con la neurog\u00e9nesis durante el per\u00edodo postembrionario.  mutantes hipomorfos para este gen presentan una reduci\u00f3n de tama\u00f1o en el sistema nervisoso central snc adulto sin afectar la estructura ni la conectividad del mismo, pero con ciertas alteraciones comportamentales. de este modo, cabr\u00eda esperar que estas prote\u00ednas intervinieran en alg\u00fan paso del proceso neurog\u00e9nico que sucede durante el per\u00edodo postembrionario y que da lugar a las c\u00e9lulas del snc adulto.  en la neurog\u00e9nesis postembrionaria inervienen dos grandes tipos de neuroblastos; los del cerebro central, de mayor tama\u00f1\u00f3 y dispersos en el cerebro larvario,y los de los centros proliferativos del l\u00f3bulo \u00f3ptico (opc, ipc y l\u00e1mina) que son de menor tama\u00f1o y organizados en un epitelio germinativo.Al contrario de lo que sucede con la neurog\u00e9nesis embrionaria, los mecanismos neurog\u00e9nicos durante le per\u00edodo larvario son poco conocidos, as\u00ed que se hace necesario un an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s detallado de los procesos proliferativos que aqu\u00ed suceden con el fin de conocer m\u00e1s en profundidad el sistema de generaci\u00f3n neural y los patrones de divisi\u00f3n en los que el gen mnb estar\u00eda ejerciendo su funci\u00f3n.  el conocimiento de la funci\u00f3n del gen mnb debe suponer un apoyo importante para comprender mecanismos de desarrollo del sistema nervioso tanto en drosophila como en organismos vertebrados donde existen hom\u00f3logos de este gen que pudieran tener funciones conservadas durante la evoluci\u00f3n.  ante estos precedentes, se plantearon los siguientes objetivos:  &#8211; descripci\u00f3n de los mecanismos neruorg\u00e9nicos psotembrionarios.
