Rosario <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tesis experimental en la que empleamos 288 ratas wistar y 75 hamster (dorado sirius) para el estudio de lesiones traum\u00e1ticas en h\u00edgado, bazo y pancreas tratadas con cola de fibrina y anastomosis en intestino delgado y grueso reforzadas con la misma. Se establecieron grupos control en cada uno de los \u00f3rganos estudiados.  los animales se sacrificaron el 1\u00c2\u00ba, 3\u00c2\u00ba y 6\u00c2\u00ba d\u00edas postoperatorios. Se realizaron observaciones macrosc\u00f3picas intraoperatorias y necr\u00f3psicas y un estudio microsc\u00f3pico sobre la existencia o no de necrosis y el grado de las misma y el tipo de densidad de la reacci\u00f3n inflamatoria (polimorfonucleares, fibroblastos y c\u00e9lulas gigantes de cuerpo extra\u00f1o), comparando los datos obtenidos entre los grupos tratados en cola de fibrina y los controles.  como conclusiones de nuestro estudio se establecieron las siguientes conclusiones:  1- las colas de fibrina presentan una alta eficacia hemost\u00e1tica.  2- poseen una buena tolerancia local y sist\u00e9mica.  3- presentan una buena capacidad de sellado de los conducjtos biliares intrahep\u00e1ticos.  4- son eficaces en la protecci\u00f3n de las anast\u00f3mosis digestivas.  5- su capacidad de sellado se extiende a la repaci\u00f3n de lesiones pancre\u00e1ticas.  6- reducen la zona de necrosis.  7- act\u00faan estimulando a los fibrolastos, favoreciendo el proceso separativo.  8- no se obseraron reacciones de cuerpo extra\u00f1o a la fibrina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Fibrinas adhesivas en sintesis intraabdominales<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Fibrinas adhesivas en sintesis intraabdominales <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Martin-merino Acera M.
