Su objetivo \u00faltimo es asistir a sistemas de alerta contra avenidas, donde el proceso de toma de decisi\u00f3n debe realizarse en un corto periodo temporal. Dado el amplio uso de los dem en modelaci\u00f3n hidrol\u00f3gica, el problema de identificar autom\u00e1ticamente la extensi\u00f3n real de la red de drenaje cobra una importancia relevante.  metodolog\u00edas objetivas son requeridas para identificar el area umbral contribuyente -determinante de la densidad de drenaje- m\u00e1s conveniente a utilizar en modelaci\u00f3n hidrol\u00f3gica, una t\u00e9cnica, una tecnica es presentada. Se analiza la sensibilidad a la selecci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea umbral y tama\u00f1o de celda, que presentan propiedades morfom\u00e9tricas y de escala de las redes de drenaje, as\u00ed como resultados hidrol\u00f3gicos basados en una funci\u00f3n de transferencia agregada. se investiga como cambios en la resoluci\u00f3n espacial afectan la propagaci\u00f3n del flujo a la salida de la cuenca, utilizando modelos de hu distribuidos. se identifican propiedades invariables con la escala que caracterizan el comportamiento de algunos par\u00e1metros hidrogeomorfol\u00f3gicos distribuidos
