El trabajo consta de tres partes perfectamente diferenciadas. En una primera parte, se han dise\u00f1ado, construido y evaluado sensores electroqu\u00edmicos, amperom\u00e9tricos y potenciom\u00e9tricos, para su aplicaci\u00f3n como tranductores de la construcci\u00f3n automatizada de biosensores en sistemas de flujo.  en una segunda parte del trabajo se demuestra la posibilidad de utilizar particulas magn\u00e9ticas como fases s\u00f3lidas que, preparadas para inmovilizar material biol\u00f3gico, permitan la construcci\u00f3n de bisensores enzim\u00e1ticos renovables y reproducibles en sistemas de flujo. El sistema desarrollado se aplica al an\u00e1lisis y monitorizaci\u00f3n de t\u00f3xicos ambientales (pesticidas y metales pesados) en agua. La determinaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo mediante las medidas de inhibici\u00f3n, dada la elevada toxicidad de dichos componentes hacia los sistemas enzim\u00e1ticos.  y finalmente, se ha demostrado tambi\u00e9n la posibilidad de utilizar las part\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas para la construcci\u00f3n reproducible de inmunosenores aplicables a sistemas de flujo. Se ha probado la aplicabilidad del sistema mediante el an\u00e1lisis de inmunoglobulinas modelo (rigg) utilizando las t\u00e9cnicas de inmunoensayo cl\u00e1sicas(competitivo y sandwich).  la principal ventaja que ofrecen las part\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas en este tipo de an\u00e1lisis es la renovaci\u00f3n automatica de la bioactividad y el control de la superficie activa en aquellos sistemas
