Cristina Puigjaner Vallet <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral se describe la s\u00edntesis de una nueva familia de aminoalcoholes enantiopuros y de naturaleza sint\u00e9tica. Estos aminoalcoholes han servido como precursores de oxazaborolidinas modulares cuya actividad catal\u00edtica se ha estudiado en la reducci\u00f3n de cetonas proquirales con borando. la optimziaci\u00f3n de la estructura delas oxazoborolidinas ha conducido a un  excelente ligando para esta reacci\u00f3n (media ee 93%). Adem\u00e1s los aminoalcoholes han servido como precursores de los ligandos m\u00e1s elaborados bis (oxazolinas) y fosfinooxazolinas. Se ha estudiado la actividad catal\u00edtica de estos \u00faltimos en la reacci\u00f3n de sustituci\u00f3n al\u00edlica catalizada por paladio (ee 93-97%) y se ha racionalizado la enantioselectividad obtenida.
