La estructura que la sustenta la constituyen puntos clave de la cr\u00edtica en los que se advierte especialmente la exigencia kantiana de vincular y conectar el respecto transcendental-metaf\u00edsico de la cuesti\u00f3n de la libertad con su car\u00e1cter de res facti, en ocrrespondencia con la tarea de determinar un tr\u00e1nsito metaf\u00edsico de lo sensible a los suprasensible por principios.  con el prop\u00f3sito de delimitar un estudio lo suficientemente amplio de la cuesti\u00f3n de la libertad en el pensam iento kantiano, que tuviera en cuenta su estrecha uni\u00f3n con la arquitect\u00f3nica de las facultades supriores de conocer y la proporci\u00f3n sabiamente determinada de las mismas para la destinaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica del hombre, intentamos calibar lo positivo que un concepto doctrinal como el idealismo transcendental posee con respecto a la soluci\u00f3n del problema de la metaf\u00edsica.  el hilo conductor de la reflexi\u00f3n nos llev\u00f3 a detenernos en aquellas zonas de tr\u00e1nsito entre legislaciones de la primera cr\u00edtica, con el fin de proveernos del instrumental conceptual adecuado para reconocer la dualidad de \u00f3rdenes de los real que fundamenta el idealismo transcendental. Un segundo bloque tem\u00e1tico del estudio de la libertad que proponemos exigir\u00e1 introducir la legislaci\u00f3npr\u00e1ctica de la raz\u00f3n desde el asilamiento previo, mediante una suerte de fenomenolog\u00eda de la voluntad, de un modo de ser del hombre -en el que consite su dignidad- que act\u00faa conforme a reglas de un mundo inteligible.  de este modo habr\u00e1 que transitar del proyecto esturctural de la raz\u00f3n especulativa para salvar la libertad al descubrimiento del formalismo moral como lenguaje de la praxis en sentido kantiano, cuya
