Posterior indolizaci\u00f3n de fischer, aromatizaci\u00f3n, n-alquilaci\u00f3n o n-glicosidaci\u00f3n conducen a la formaci\u00f3n de las diferentes familias de an\u00e1logos.  una variaci\u00f3n de esta nueva metodolog\u00eda sint\u00e9tica, utilizando 2-nitrobenzaldeh\u00eddo como material de partida y una reacci\u00f3n de inserci\u00f3n formal de nitreno como \u00faltimo paso, permite obtener el alcaloide idolocarbaz\u00f3lico arciriaflavina-a y an\u00e1logos no sim\u00e9tricos del mismo.  mediante estudios de rmn y modelizaci\u00f3n molecular se determin\u00f3 la estereoqu\u00edmica y conformaci\u00f3n de los aductos obtenidos en la reacci\u00f3n de diels-alder y los intermedios perhidroisoindoltriona.  por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n se han realizado ensayos de bioactividad, actividad citot\u00f3xica, inhibici\u00f3n de cdc2 quinasa y actividad antimicrobiana, sobre la mayor\u00eda de los compuestos sintetizados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
