Modelos de localizaci\u00f3n de servicios de emergencias. Descripci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n y del estado actual de la investigaci\u00f3n en el campo de la ubicaci\u00f3n de serviciso bajo restricciones de cubrimiento y fiabilidad, recorriendo las tres grandes v\u00edas existentes: modelos lineales enteros, sistemas de colas y simulaci\u00f3n.  cap\u00edtulo 2. Nuevos modelos de cubrimiento total probabil\u00edstico. Descripci\u00f3n de las deficiencias de los modelos existentes mediante la evaluaci\u00f3n de la fiabilidad de la configuraci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos, mediante el simulador del ssitema de emergencia y mediante la resoluci\u00f3n de sistemas de ecuaciones no lineales basado en sistemas de colas. Formulaci\u00f3n de nuevos modelos de cubrimiento probabil\u00edstico, basados en cubrimiento m\u00faltiple o en cantidad de cubrimiento, cuyo comportamiento sea mejor en el cumplimiento de las restricciones de fiabilidad individuales y sena una cota superior lo m\u00e1s cercana posible al n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de unidades necesarias para atender con las fabilidades requeridas las llamadas de emergencia del sistema.  cap\u00edtulo 3. Modelo del cubrimiento total generalizado. Formulaci\u00f3n del modelo de cubrimiento total geenralizado y presentaci\u00f3n de los diferentes problemas que unifica.D escripci\u00f3n del heur\u00edstico, basado en la relajaci\u00f3n lagrangiana, presentado para su resoluci\u00f3n y de la experiencia computacional, sobre una colecci\u00f3n de problemas de diferente dimensi\u00f3n y estructura, para evaluar la eficiencia del
