En base a estos atributos se establecieron los destinos comerciales m\u00e1s adecuados para cada una de las variedades.  posteriormente, se estudiaron las diferencias que existen entre las casta\u00f1as de las diferentes variedades, en base a su composici\u00f3n en nutrientes mayoritarios.  a continuaci\u00f3n, y dado que la calidad de la cosecha depende no s\u00f3lo de los atributos que condicionan su aptitud tecnol\u00f3gica sino tambi\u00e9n de los que determinan el estado sanitario de las partidas, se analizaron una serie de variables (% frutos agusanados, % frutos con podredumbres y % de frutos agrietados), cuya incidencia se analiz\u00f3 en los frutos de 2 campa\u00f1as, en las distintas zonas de producci\u00f3n y en las 15 variedades.  ya por \u00faltimo, se estudi\u00f3 la influencia de tratamientos poscosecha (limpieza, curado, secado y almacenamiento) sobre la vida \u00fatil de los frutos de las 2 variedades m\u00e1s extendidas en la comarca de
