Tambi\u00e9n constata la posici\u00f3n y la funci\u00f3n del departamento de formaci\u00f3 dentro de las organizaciones en relaci\u00f3n a los par\u00e1metros de dise\u00f1o de mintzberg.  fruto de la adaptaci\u00f3n de las hip\u00f3tesis de mintzberg a la formaci\u00f3n, se formulan cinco hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo. \u00abEl departamento de formaci\u00f3n se encuentra situado en la tecnoestructura y est\u00e1 integrado por los analistas, que tienen la misi\u00f3n de normalizar las habilidades\u00bb. \u00abCuanto m\u00e1s antigua es una organizaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s formalizada y definida estar\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n o bien su departamento\u00bb. \u00abCu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s grande es una organizaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s compleja ser\u00e1 la estructura, m\u00e1s espcializada estar\u00e1 la tarea de formaci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s diferenciado y desarrollado el departamento de formaci\u00f3n\u00bb. \u00abCuanto m\u00e1s complejo y din\u00e1mico es el entorno,m\u00e1s importante ser\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n y, en consecuencia, mas descentralizada estar\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n\u00bb. Y la \u00faltima, \u00abcuanto m\u00e1s importante es la formaci\u00f3n en la empresa, m\u00e1s integrada estar\u00e1 y formar\u00e1 parte de la cultura organizativa\u00bb.  la metodolog\u00eda se ha llevado a cabo en dos fases. La primera fase ha consistido en analizar el marco te\u00f3rico de referencia, en concreto el modelo de mintzberg y la formaci\u00f3n. La segunda fase se ha desarrollado siguiendo un estudio de campo, para contrastar el marco de referencia, verificar las hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo, llegar a los resultados esperados y validar las conclusiones obtenidas.  en la segunda parte se desarrolla el estudio de campo para verificar las hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo, con las siguientes fases: dise\u00f1o y elecci\u00f3n de la muestra (381 empresas de catalunya, a partir de 250 trabajadores y con un volumen de facturaci\u00f3n de 4,000 millones de pesetas), dise\u00f1o de un cuestionario, recogida de la informaci\u00f3n, con las
