Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La citometria de flujo (cmf) es un sistema basado en analizar celulas en suspension una a una al chocar con una fuente de luz. Las celulas tumorales a menudo, tienen un contenido de adn distinto al de celulas normales, que son diploides(2n).  hemos analizado el contenido en adn por citometria de flujo en 290 pacientes intervenidas de cancer de mama, relacionandolo con otros factores pronosticos, asi como con la supervivencia. El porcentaje de tumores de mama aneuploides es del 65% en nuestra serie. La media de la fase de sintesis es superior en los tumores aneuploides que en los diploides, indicando el comportamiento mas agresivo de los primeros.  los tumores aneuploides aparecen con mayor frecuencia en pacientes con tumores de mas de 2 cm, con mas de 4 ganglios afectos, con receptores estrogenicos negativos e indiferenciados histologicamente.
