mediante el empleo de diversas tecnicas citogeneticas y moleculares las caracteristicas de la heterocromatina presente en cuatro especies de acrididos pertenecientes al genero dociostaurus y que comparten un cariotipo en apariencia identico.Los resultados obtenidos reflejan la existencia de diferencias muy significativas entre las especies estudiadas, y que se refieren principalmente a las siguientes caracteristicas: -morfolog\u00eda cromosomica; -numero y localizacion de nors activos; -cantidad y distribucion de la heterocromatina constitutiva; -contenido y distribucion de distintas familias de secuencias de dna altamente repetidas.Estos resultados se discuten en conjunto para contrastar los obtenidos por el analisis citogenetico y molecular y sugerir posibles mecanismos de
