La caracterizaci\u00f3n de la din\u00e1mica se realiza utilizando la t\u00e9cnica de desfase doppler, que permite la medida de di\u00e1metro de part\u00edcula. Se utiliza un sistema comercial (aerometrics 3100) de dos componentes.  la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la din\u00e1mica del chorro incluye medidas a lo largo del eje del chorro y en secciones transversales de velocidad media y fluctuaci\u00f3n tanto radial como axial, tambi\u00e9n se mide la correlaci\u00f3n entre las dos componentes. las medidas en el caso monof\u00e1sico sirven como base de comparaci\u00f3n, en el chorro bif\u00e1sico se miden tanto velocidades de la fase continua como de la dispersa. Para la obtenci\u00f3n de datos de la fase continua a partir de medidas que recogen se\u00f1ales de las dos fases se ensayan diferentes estrategias de discriminaci\u00f3n.  las principales aportaciones de este trabajo se centran en el estudio y aplicaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos para la medida de flujo y concentraci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas. Se revisan las t\u00e9cnicas de c\u00e1lculo en aproximaci\u00f3n unidireccional y los m\u00e9todos de autocalibraci\u00f3n de las dimensiones del volumen de medida, se analizan y generalizan las estrategias de c\u00e1lculo integral para flujos tridireccionales, proponiendo el m\u00e9todo integral generalizado que engloba a los hasta ahora descritos en la literatura, se realiza tambi\u00e9n una estimaci\u00f3n de los errores asociados a los m\u00e9todos comentados. La aplicaci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas se realiza en la zona cercana de desarrollo del chorro, obteniendo una descripci\u00f3n detallada de la distribuci\u00f3n espacial de part\u00edculas; para ello se aplica a las medidas directas los m\u00e9todos de c\u00e1lculo y de autocalibrado, se normalizan las medidas (por comparaci\u00f3n con el flujo inyectado) y se realiza por dos procedimientos, lo
