Alejandra <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo expuesto en esta memoria consta de tres apartados claramente diferenciados,pero con una relacion entre ellos que la constituye la utilizaci\u00f3n de tecnicas fluorim\u00e9tricas aplicadas a la determinaci\u00f3n de vitaminas.  en una primera parte, se aplican las tecnicas fluorim\u00e9tricas m\u00e1s modernas (fluorescencia sincr\u00f3nica por isipotenciales de la matriz) que permiten establecer nuevos metodos de determinaci\u00f3n de algunas formas activas de la vitamina b6 en fluidos biologicos (piridoxamina en orina y piridoxal en suero), evitando la fluorescencia que estas matrices presentan de forma natural en la zona ultravioleta, sin necesidad de realizar separaciones previas ni reacciones de derivatizaci\u00f3n.  por otro lado, y considerando las dificultades que entra\u00f1a las determinaciones fluorim\u00e9tricas expuestas en la bibliografia para la menadiona, se estudia la reduccion de esta vitamina en diferentes medios y con distintos reactivos, para desarrollar nuevos m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n fluorim\u00e9tricos que mejoren la sensibilidad y la selectividad de los propuestos, aprovechando las caracter\u00edsticas intrinsecas de la fluorimetria.  dadas las dimensiones y las caracteristicas hidrof\u00f3bica de la menadiona, se propone un metodo de determinacion fluorim\u00e9trica por formaci\u00f3n de un complejo de inclusi\u00f3n con b-ciclodextrina, estableci\u00e9ndose su estequiometr\u00eda y el valor de la constante de equilibrio.  por \u00faltimo, se conoce que la calibraci\u00f3n multivariante por regresi\u00f3n por m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales puede mejorar la determinaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de compuestos fluorescentes con espectros solapados.
