{"id":86481,"date":"2018-03-10T00:11:03","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estado-fundamental-y-respuesta-de-nanoestructuras-electronicas-bidimensionales\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:11:03","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:03","slug":"estado-fundamental-y-respuesta-de-nanoestructuras-electronicas-bidimensionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/barcelona\/estado-fundamental-y-respuesta-de-nanoestructuras-electronicas-bidimensionales\/","title":{"rendered":"Estado fundamental y respuesta de nanoestructuras electronicas bidimensionales"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Agustin Emperador Badimon <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha calculado el estado fundamental y la respuesta \u00f3ptica de nanoestructuras electr\u00f3nicas bidimensionales consimetr\u00eda circular: puntos cu\u00e1nticos (quantun dots), anillos cu\u00e1nticos (quantum rings) y antidotos, sometidos a un campo magn\u00e9tico externo.  para obtener el estado fundamental se ha realizado un c\u00e1lculo microsc\u00f3pico en el que se han resuelto las ecuaciones de kohn-sham de manera autoconsistente. para incluir la interacci\u00f3n electr\u00f3n-electr\u00f3n se han utilizado la local spin density funcitonal theory y la current density functional theory.  se han realizado c\u00e1lculos para la respuesta longitudinal y transversal a campos perturbativos de distintas multipolaridades, y tambi\u00e9n la respuesta a una onda plana. El m\u00e9todo utilizado ha sido la time dependent local spin density functional theory. Los picos en la parte imaginaria de la funci\u00f3n respuesta se hallan a la misma energ\u00eda que los picos de la absorci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica y las energ\u00edas de excitaci\u00f3n detectadas en las medidas de espectroscop\u00eda raman. Mediante el c\u00e1lculo realizado se han determinado las energ\u00edas de excitaci\u00f3n de los modos de densidad, los modos de esp\u00edn y las excitaciones monoparticulares en estos sistemas electroncios.  se ha obtenido la respuesta longitudinal dipolar, multipolar y a una onda plana de puntos cu\u00e1nticos, comparando nuestros resultados con los datos experimentales para la respuesta en los canales de densidad, de esp\u00edn y la respuesta libre. Se ha obtendio una coincidencia cualitativa con el experimento, y ello ha hecho posible explicar el origen f\u00edsico de los distintos modos observados en los experimentos. Tambi\u00e9n se ha calculado la respuesta transversal dipolar de puntos cu\u00e1nticos, y antidotos, obteniendo una coincidencia cualitativa con los datos experimentales que nos ha permitido
