{"id":86489,"date":"2018-03-10T00:11:07","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-los-receptores-muscara%c2%adnicos-encefalicos-en-aves\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:11:07","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:07","slug":"estudio-de-los-receptores-muscara%c2%adnicos-encefalicos-en-aves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudio-de-los-receptores-muscara%c2%adnicos-encefalicos-en-aves\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de los receptores muscar\u00ednicos encef\u00e1licos en aves"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Santos Bucco Nadia F\u00e1tima Dos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se realiza por primera vez la caracterizaci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica y anat\u00f3mica de los receptores muscar\u00ednicos en el sistema nervioso central de cinco especies evolutivamente diferentes de aves (gallus gallus, anas plathyrhychos, columba livia, psittacula krameri xy serinus carnaria). para ello, se ha utilizado t\u00e9cncias de fijaci\u00f3n del radioligando (3h)nms a membranas y autorradiografia, habi\u00e9ndose determinadolos par\u00e1metros de saturaci\u00f3n kd y bmax as\u00ed como los perfiles farmacol\u00f3gicos y la distribuci\u00f3n anat\u00f3mica de los receptores muscar\u00ednicos en un gran n\u00famero de estructuras cerebrales relacionadas con la mayor\u00eda de los sistemas funcionales. Los estudios realizados han puesto de manifiesto que la farmacolog\u00eda los receptores muscar\u00ednicos de las aves es similar a la de mam\u00edferos. La afinidad del radioligando utilizado es similar a la observada en mam\u00edferos. La densidad y conservaci\u00f3n filogn\u00e9tica de los receptores muscar\u00ednicos en estructuras mototas como el l\u00f3bulo praolfat\u00f3rio-paleoestriado aumentado sugiere que juegan un papel crucial en las v\u00edas motoras extrapiramidales, mientras que el paleoestriado primitivo con importantes variaciones interespc\u00edficas en los receptores muc\u00e1rincios puede representar una regi\u00f3n de modulaci\u00f3n de estas v\u00edas motoras. Las diferencias en los niveles de fijaci\u00f3n de radioligando a receptores muscar\u00ednicos corroboran las diferencias anat\u00f3micas en las v\u00edas del canto entre psitaciformes y osc\u00ednidos. Las diferencias en los niveles de fijaci\u00f3n de radioligando a receptores muscar\u00ednicos en diferentes n\u00facleos de las vias visuales de las diferentes especies estudiadas indican que estos
