{"id":86511,"date":"2018-03-10T00:11:07","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nous-agents-de-solvatacio-quiral-auxiliars-deuterats\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:11:07","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:07","slug":"nous-agents-de-solvatacio-quiral-auxiliars-deuterats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/nous-agents-de-solvatacio-quiral-auxiliars-deuterats\/","title":{"rendered":"Nous agents de solvataci\u00f3 quiral. auxiliars deuterats"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Anna Mu\u00f1oz \u00e1lvarez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se han sintetizado y estudiado agentes de solvataci\u00f3n quirales (csa) basados en modificciones del auxiliar comercial conocido como 1-(9-antril)-2,2,2-trifluoro etanol o alcohol de pirkle.  los csa sintetizados han sido los siguientes:  1- el 2,2-dimetil-1-(4-quinolil)propanol que presenta como principal caracter\u00edsticas la substituci\u00f3n del grupo trifluorometil del alcohol de pirkle por un grupo terc-butil de manera que se pretende introducir una rigidez conformacional en los complejos formados.  2- el 2,2,-trifluoro-1-(1-pirenil)etanol que presenta como principal caracter\u00edsticas la substituci\u00f3n del anillo de antraceno por un anillo de pireno. En este caso se pretende aumentar la anisotrop\u00eda inducida por el anillo arom\u00e1tico sobre los complejos formados.  3- derivados perdeuterados del alcohol de pirkle y del 2,2,2-trifluoro-1-(1-pirenil)etanol. estos dos csa son los primeros auxiliares quirales sintetizados que no presentan se\u00f1ales de 1h ni 13c en los espectros de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear
