Para ello, se consideran los diferentes fen\u00f3menos fisicos que intervienen en el problema: flujo de agua subterr\u00e1nea, desintegraci\u00f3n radiactiva, disoluci\u00f3n de radion\u00faclidos en agua subterranea, generaci\u00f3n de calor, transporte a trav\u00e9s de la geosfera de materia y de calor. Algunos de esos fen\u00f3menos est\u00e1n relacionados entre si, lo que permite construir un modelo acoplado, a partir del cual crear un c\u00f3digo escrito en el lenguaje fortran.  los modelos de flujo y transporte se desarrollan en dos dimensiones espaciales, y se resuelven mediante un m\u00e9todo de vol\u00famenes finitos para la integraci\u00f3n espacial, mientras que la integraci\u00f3n temporal se realiza mediante un theta-metodo.  asimismo, se resuelve la ecuaci\u00f3n de convecci\u00f3n-difusi\u00f3n unidimensional mediante dos t\u00e9cnicas de vol\u00famenes finitos, una con interpolaci\u00f3n lineal y otra mediante interpolaci\u00f3n cuadr\u00e1tica con descentraje en el sentido de la velocidad de convencci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se realiza un estudio de consistencia y estabilidad de ambos m\u00e9todos comparando sus zonas de estabilidad y los errores que se cometen. Para el estudio de estabilidad de emplea la t\u00e9cnica de von neumann, basada en arm\u00f3nicos de fourier, que, si bien es una t\u00e9cnica cl\u00e1sica en diferencias finitas, en esta tesis se
