Para ello se consideran sistemas alternativos de gesti\u00f3n de recussos humanos -buy y make- y la tipolog\u00eda de adaptaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica desarrollada por miles y snow 1978.Como bases te\u00f3ricas se han empleado la teor\u00eda de recursos, teor\u00eda de la agencia y teor\u00eda del comprotamiento.  en relaci\u00f3n con el estudio emp\u00edrico se realiz\u00f3 una encuesta postal, obteni\u00e9ndose una muestra de 120 empresas pertenecientes a todos los sectores includios en la industria manufacturera espa\u00f1ola, de acuerdo con la clasificaci\u00f3n nacional de actividades econ\u00f3micas cnae-93. La metodolog\u00eda empleada para el contraste de las hip\u00f3tesis planteadas fue el an\u00e1lisis de regresi\u00f3n jer\u00e1rquico. los resultados del contraste, en l\u00edneas generales, no contradicen la hip\u00f3tesis de que las organizaciones emplean distintos sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de recuros humanos en funci\u00f3n de su estrategia.Si bien ser\u00eda las pol\u00edticas de desarrollo, frente a las de compensaci\u00f3n, las mas afectadas por la orientaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la empresa.
