{"id":86576,"date":"2018-03-10T00:11:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/complejos-de-la-cinoxacina-con-iones-metalicos-de-transicion\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:11:12","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:12","slug":"complejos-de-la-cinoxacina-con-iones-metalicos-de-transicion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/complejos-de-la-cinoxacina-con-iones-metalicos-de-transicion\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abcomplejos de la cinoxacina con iones metalicos de transicion\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Monica Ruiz Gomez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis se ha realizado un estudio en disoluci\u00f3n, en concreto potenciom\u00e9trico, y un estudio en estado s\u00f3lido, de la interacci\u00f3n de una quinolona, la cinoxacina, con ciertos cationes met\u00e1licos (co(ii), ni(ii), cu(ii) y zn(ii)), a trav\u00e9s del 1\u00c2\u00ba se ha determinado qu\u00e9 especies de la cinoxacina existen en disoluci\u00f3n y cu\u00e1les son sus constantes de formaci\u00f3n. el 2\u00c2\u00ba ha consistido en sintetizar 13 compuestos de coordinaci\u00f3n, todos ellos caracterizados mediante distintas t\u00e9cnicas. Las estructuras cristalinas de 9 de ellos se han determinado mediante difracci\u00f3n de rayos x, deduci\u00e9ndose que la cinoxacina se enlaza al ion met\u00e1lico a trav\u00e9s del ox\u00edgeno cet\u00f3nico y del ox\u00edgeno cet\u00f3nico y del ox\u00edgeno carboxilato o carbox\u00edlico, seg\u00fan \u00e9sta se encuentre desprotonada o neutra. Una forma especial de coordinaci\u00f3n se describe en los dos compuestos d\u00edmeros de cd(ii), cd(sub 2)(cx)(sub 4)(dmso)(sub 2) 4h(sub 2)o y cd(sub 2) (cx)(sub 4 (h (sub 2)o)(sub 2) 10h(sub 2) o, en los que la cinoxacina act\u00faa como bidentado quelato y puente, y como tridentado quelato y puente, respectivamente; es de destacar que en este \u00faltimo el grupo carboxilato act\u00faa como bidentado quelato.  tambi\u00e9n se ha realizado un estudio antibacteriano comparado de los complejos deduci\u00e9ndose que presentan una actividad similar a la de la cinoxacina. adicionalmente, se ha comprobado que el compuesto de cu(ii) plano-cuadrado, cu(cx)(sub 2) 2h(sub 2)o presenta \u00abefecto parad\u00f3jico\u00bb, al igual que la cinoxacina, y que el compuesto de co(ii), na co(cx)(sub 3)
