Para la realizacion de los experimentos de optica no lineal se han utilizado diversas tecnicas:  efish (generacion del segundo armonico inducido por un campo electrico), thg (generacion del tercer armonico) y hrs (dispersion hiper-rayleigh), asi como distintos tipos de fases condensadas: peliculas sublimadas, peliculas de langmuir-blodgett y disolucion. El interes de estos estudios radica en el desarrollo de nuevos materiales organicos muy versatiles utilizando la sintesis organica convencional. Los valores de hiperpolarizabilidad de primer orden  , y de segundo orden  , encontrados en todos los macrociclos sintetizados son comparables e incluso mayores que los obtenidos en compuestos utilizados en aplicaciones tecnologicas. Como magnitud a destacar son los resultados de las subftalocianinas cuyos valores encontrados son los mas elevados descritos hasta ahora en la bibliografia. Ademas se ha estudiado el ordenamiento de dichos compuestos sintetizados de forma supramolecular en peliculas de langmuir-blodgett.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
