En concreto, las repercusiones derivadas de la suspension del proceso civil como principal efecto de la prejudicialidad penal: duracion de esta, terminacion y reanudacion del proceso civil. Junto con lo anterior, la posibilidad de adoptar medidas cautelares y de anticipacion durante la suspension del proceso.
