En estos modelos se configura la red de conductos que determina la obra civil sobre la cual se realizar\u00e1 el posterior despliegue de enlaces, a la vez que se establece el dimensionamiento de los enlaces como el n\u00c2\u00ba de cables, fibras y reg\u00edmenes binarios que permitan el transprote de contenidos en la operaci\u00f3n de la red.  el documento recoge un amplio estado de la cuesti\u00f3n en el que se contempla el conjunto de referencias asociadas al campo de trabajo. Posteriormente se propone un modelo original que permite una formualci\u00f3n mas exhaustiva y detallada del  problema que las consideradas hasta ahora. Finalmente se desarrolla, como procedimiento de soluci\u00f3n, un algoritmo gen\u00e9tico que hace uso de las condiciones de optimalidad asociadas a la forumulaci\u00f3n del problema, y que permite alcanzar mejores resutlados, atendiendo al coste de despliegue de la red y a los nivels de redudancia alcanzados, que los m\u00e9todos de soluci\u00f3n tradicionalmente ensayados.  los modelos y
