En cerebro bovino se han purificado parcialmente dos factores endogenos de alto y bajo peso molecular capaces de inhibir la union de ( )-(3h)pn200-110 a membranas. El de alto peso molecular inhibia la secrecion de catecolaminas en celulas cromafines. El de bajo peso molecular se separo en dos componentes (i y ii) con espectros al ultravioleta indistinguibles del ascorbato.  en glandulas adrenales bovinas estimuladas se encontro una buena correlacion entre la secrecion de diadenosin-tetrafosfato (ap4a) y catecolaminas (ca), pero no con la secrecion de atp que (medido con luciferasa) parecia adelantarse a la de los otros dos componentes.  sin embargo, los productos de degradacion del atp se secretaban en paralelo a ap4a y ca. Se estudio la concentracion de ap4a, atp y ca en el tejido cromafin.  las concentraciones encontradas en medula adrenal fue de 30, 7 y 1&#215;10-3 mm, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
