Angeles Xicota Aguilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A partir de una introducci\u00f3n en la que se repasan los sustituyentes en las distintas posiciones del farmac\u00f3foro quinol\u00f3nico, el trabajo se centra en el estudio de actividad de 8 compuestos que poseen un \u00e1tomo de cloro en posici\u00f3n 8, diversas azetidinas en posici\u00f3n 7 y ciclopropilo o 2,4 difluoro fenilo en posici\u00f3n 1.  se realiza una prospecci\u00f3n inicial estudiando la actividad \u00abin vitro\u00bb de los productos frente a cepas de colecci\u00f3n, \u00abin vivo\u00bb con estdios de proteccion en rat\u00f3n y ensayos de farmacocin\u00e9tica, se seleccionan los 4 productos mas activos con los que se amplia el estudio de actividad frente a 503 cepas de aislados cl\u00ednicos y factores a\u00f1adidos al medio de cultivos tales como: ion mg, suero, cambio de ph del medio y actividad en orina.
