Las tareas de modelado incluyen el c\u00e1lculo de fdep adecuado a se\u00f1ales cuadradas. Adem\u00e1s se estudi\u00f3 el comportamiento t\u00e9rmico del us y su dependencia con las condiciones de contorno. Finalmente se analiza la dependencia del flujo de fluido con la frecuencia, y su efecto en la din\u00e1mica de la part\u00edcula.  desde el punto de vista tecnol\u00f3gico se exploraron diversas alternativas para la fabricaci\u00f3n de us dedicados a la electromanupulaci\u00f3n de biopart\u00edculas basada en dep.  desde el punto de vista experimental las uestructuras se testearon con esferas de pliestireno, levaduras (s. Cerevisiae) y bacterias (e. Coli), verific\u00e1ndose la ocurrencia de c-dep con los 3 tipos de part\u00edculas. Tambi\u00e9n se comprob\u00f3 la influencia del movimiento del fluido actuando en part\u00edculas sobre estructuras para twd.  adicionalmente se observ\u00f3 la influencia de los efectos ehd sobre
