El azufre est\u00e1 probablemente formado parte o bien de estructuras del tipo s6\/s8 o bien en la forma de ph-s-s-ph.  la estructura qu\u00edmica de los pol\u00edmeros obrenidos electroqu\u00edmicamente sobre elctrodos de platino y acero es similar, si bien la morfolog\u00eda del pol\u00edmero presenta grandes diferencias.  en medio carbonato queda demostrada la intervenci\u00f3n de en laces tipo \u00e9ter entre mon\u00f3meros. Este tipo de enlaces es m\u00e1s escaso cuando el medio acuoso utilizado es \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico, en donde el enlace c-c es el predominante entre los mon\u00f3meros.  los recubrimientos
