Reposo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se han identificado dos acuaporinas en el pollo, que son genes hom\u00f3logos a aqp4 y aqp5 de mam\u00edferos. La distribuci\u00f3n tisular de estas prote\u00ednas es similar a la observada en mamiferos.  por otro lado, se han identificado acuaporinas en el tracto gastrointestinal de rata, concretamente aqp3,aqp4 y aqp5, siendo aqp4 la m\u00e1s abundante en el est\u00f3mago y aqp3 en el intestino delgado y grueso. La distribuci\u00f3n de estas acuaporinas en el intestino delgado sugiere que estas prote\u00ednas tengan una funci\u00f3n importante en el transporte intestinal de agua. Aqp3 se ha localizado en la membrana basolateral del epitelio intestinal y puede representar la ruta de salida del agua hacia el capilar de la vellosidad.  por \u00faltimo, se han identificado dos prote\u00ednas mip en los t\u00fabulos de malpighi del insecto rhodnius prolixus, rp-mip con una nueva secuencia y rp-aqp2 con una secuencia hom\u00f3loga a aqp2 de mam\u00edferos.
