{"id":86849,"date":"2000-09-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-09-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-estructural-ultraestructural-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico-de-los-ganglios-hemales-del-bovino\/"},"modified":"2000-09-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-09-10T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-estructural-ultraestructural-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico-de-los-ganglios-hemales-del-bovino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/estudio-estructural-ultraestructural-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico-de-los-ganglios-hemales-del-bovino\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio estructural, ultraestructural e inmunohistoqu\u00edmico de los ganglios hemales del bovino"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Cerutti Burke Pablo Adolfo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El presente trabajo est\u00e1 realizado en ganglios hemales(gh) de bovino, con el objeto de estudiar en profundidad la estructura histol\u00f3gica de estos \u00f3rganos y tambi\u00e9n con el objeto de abordar algunos aspectos de su funcionalidad, sobre los que existe controversia, tales como la participaci\u00f3n de estos \u00f3rganos en la formaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas sang\u00faineas y su participaci\u00f3n en la respuesta inmune del organismo.  para ello hemos utilizado diversas t\u00e9cnicas histol\u00f3gicas, como son t\u00e9cnicas inmunohistoqu\u00edmicas con o sin fluorescencia, entre otras, trabjando sobre cortes gruesos, semifinos y finos de los ganglios hemales y correlacionando, en lo posible, los resultados obtenidos.  la participaci\u00f3n del col\u00e1geno iv(col iv) en la constituci\u00f3n de la membrana basal de la pared de los senos y la presencia de soluciones de continuidad en la distribuci\u00f3n, ha confirmado la posibilidad de un mecanismo de apertura-cierre en las paredes sinusales que establecer\u00eda canales temporales para el paso de elementos celulares.  la detecci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas progenitoras ratific\u00f3 la funci\u00f3n eritropoy\u00e9tica en estos \u00f3rganos. La positividad de elementos celulares en los glangios hemales de bovino para interleuquina 4(il-4) implicaba a estos \u00f3rganos en la respuesta inmune.  la ausencia de aferencias y eferencias linf\u00e1ticas y la presencia de v\u00edas sangu\u00edneas en los \u00f3rganos objeto de este estudio, reafirma la postura defendida por otros autores acerca de la denominaci\u00f3n
