Mercedes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se planteaba en esa tesis el desarrollo de un metodo de glicosidacion basado en la union covalente de las moleculas de dador y aceptor de glicosilo. el proceso resultante denominado \u00abcicloglicosidacion\u00bb se hallaba sujeto a las restricciones caracteristicas de las preparaciones de sustancias ciclicas, por lo que era de esperar un control regio- y estereoquimico de la reaccion.  el primer objetivo de esta tesis consistia en la evaluaci\u00f3n del metodo de glicosidacion intramolecular. Para ello, fuer necesario preparar las sustancias consideradas como sustratos de partida de estas reaccones, teniendo en cuenta el efecto de diversos factores como: la naturaleza de los azucares participantes, de las moleculas de anclaje y de las posibles posiciones del mismo. Las cicloglicosidaciones han resultado ser regio- y este-reoselectivas en su totalidad.
