Pero la csa presenta importantes efectos colaterales tales como la negrotoxidad. Con el fin de reducir dicha negrotoxicidad diversos investigadores han recurrido a la incorporaci\u00f3n del principo activo en el interior de liposoma. Los liposomas son ves\u00edculas formadas por fosfol\u00edpidos.  el prop\u00f3sito de este trabajo es identificar las posibles interacciones entre csa y fosfol\u00edpidos. Para ello se utiliz\u00f3 la tecnica de monocapas superficiales, la cual permite reproducir en la interfaz aire\/agua la pare de lipsoma. Adem\u00e1s esta t\u00e9cnica permite examinar los efectos que la incorporaci\u00f3n de otro componente (en nuestro caso de la csa) produce en el comportamiento superficial.  primeramente se ha caracterizado el comportamiento superficial de la csa y de los diferentes fosfol\u00edpidos puros as\u00ed como el comportamiento fluorescente de monocapas de fosl\u00edpidos a los que se ha incorporado pireno.  en una segunda fase se ha estudiado el comportamiento de monocapas mixtas fosfol\u00edpidos-csa. El cumplimiento de la ley de aditividad de las \u00e1reas, as\u00ed como la ausencia de desviaciones del comportamiento ideal puesto de manifiesto a partir de los datos aa y ag nos permite concluir que los componentes de la monocapa mixta sin inmiscibles o que siendo miscibles se comportan de forma ideal. Una forma de resolver este dilema consiste en aplicar las regla de las fases de defay-crisp, a partir de cual, se puede conluir que estos sistemas soninmiscilbes por lo que aunque la extrapolaci\u00f3n de estos resultados a sistema \u00abin vivo\u00bb require precauci\u00f3n, nuestros resultados parecen reflejar que no existe interacci\u00f3n entre csa y los l\u00edpidos constituyentes de los liposomas.
