Los valores de los coeficientes de atenuacion obtenidos en el rango frecuencial comprendido entre 10 y 120 segundos cubren la mayor parte de las caracteristicas sismotectonicas de la peninsula y el intervalo de profundidades de los valores de qb-1 varia entre 0 km y 250 km. Con los valores de friccion interna se han realizado dos tomografias anelasticas de la peninsula.  los valores de friccion interna se han calculado considerando los casos de dependencia e independencia frecuencial.
