{"id":86969,"date":"2018-03-10T00:11:43","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/regulacion-de-los-procesos-fotosinteticos-en-respuesta-a-la-sequa%c2%ada-en-hojas-de-vitis-vinifera-l\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:11:43","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:11:43","slug":"regulacion-de-los-procesos-fotosinteticos-en-respuesta-a-la-sequa%c2%ada-en-hojas-de-vitis-vinifera-l","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/regulacion-de-los-procesos-fotosinteticos-en-respuesta-a-la-sequa%c2%ada-en-hojas-de-vitis-vinifera-l\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulaci\u00f3n de los procesos fotosint\u00e9ticos en respuesta a la sequ\u00edaen hojas de vitis vinifera l."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jaume Flexas Sans <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudia la respuesta de la fotos\u00edntesis a la sequ\u00eda en hojas de vitis vinifera crecidas en condiciones reales de cultivo, bajo clima mediterr\u00e1neo, en un vi\u00f1edo comercial (herederos de ribas, s.A.).   en particular, se analiza la incidencia, en condiciones reales, y durante la progresi\u00f3n continua de la sequ\u00eda, de los siguientes procesos: estado h\u00eddrico foliar, conductancia estom\u00e1tica, transpiraci\u00f3n fotos\u00edntesis neta, fotorrespiraci\u00f3n, reacci\u00f3n de mehler, eficiencia en la carboxilaci\u00f3n, capacidad fotosint\u00e9tica m\u00e1xima, transporte electr\u00f3nico fotosint\u00e9tico, fotoinhibici\u00f3n y ciclo de las xantofilas.  asimismo, se estudian y cuantifican los mecanismos de disipaci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda radiantes recibida por la shojas en dichas condiciones.  finalmente, se analizan las posibilidades de diferentes par\u00e1metros en relaci\u00f3n con la fluorescencia de la clorofila para el seguimiento remoto de los efectos de la sequ\u00eda, y se discute su posibilidad aplicaci\u00f3n en programas de riego controlado.  se demuestra la presencia inicial de efectos estom\u00e1ticos en la limitaci\u00f3n fotosint\u00e9tica, seguidos de regulaciones metab\u00f3licas en cuanto la sequ\u00eda progresa. Se muestra el papel fundamental del ciclo de las xantofilas en las disipaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de la mayor parte de la energ\u00eda luminosa, absorbida por las hojas, en especial condiciones de fuerte sequ\u00eda. Asimismo, se muestra que existe un umbral de conductancia estom\u00e1tica por encima del cual los efectos predominantes son de tipo estom\u00e1tico, y r\u00e1pidamente reversibles tras riego, y por debajo del cual predominan los efectos metab\u00f3licos, menos reversibles.
