Digitales de altas prestaciones es el simulador temporal. En la actualidad se emplean dos tipos pricipales de simuladores: los de nivel el\u00e9ctrico, que resultan muy preciso pero limitados en velocidad y tama\u00f1o m\u00e1ximo de circuito simulable; y de los de nivel l\u00f3gico, que son r\u00e1pidos y pueden simular circuitos muy grandes, pero con una precisi\u00f3n relativamente baja.El aumento de la precisi\u00f3n de los simuladores l\u00f3gico-temporales es la clave para la simulaci\u00f3n de ci. Digitales de alta escala de integraci\u00f3n vlsi y pasa por el desaroolo de modelos de retraso de alta precisi\u00f3n para esos simuladores.  el objetivo de esta tesis es desarrolalr un modelo de retraso de gran precisi\u00f3n para la simulaci\u00f3n de ci. Digitales fabricados en la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s difundida cmos. El modelo desarrollado ddm contempla los efectos estudiados por torso autores e introduce el llamado \u00abefecto de degradaci\u00f3n del retraso\u00bb. el modelado de este efecto permite la simulaci\u00f3n de circuitos que operan a altas frecuencias y el correcto tratamiento de pulsos peque\u00f1os o \u00abglitches\u00bb y de las colisiones de se\u00f1al en circuitos l\u00f3gicos, ampliando de forma considerable el rango de aplicaci\u00f3n de la simulaic\u00f3n l\u00f3gica-temporal.  en primer lugar, la tesis introduce el campo de la verificaci\u00f3n temporal de ci, digitales y realiza un an\u00e1lisis de lso modelos m\u00e1s relevantes presentados en los \u00faltimos diez a\u00f1os. A continuaci\u00f3n se estudia la evoluci\u00f3n de los modelos para el efecto de degradaci\u00f3n y se proporciona un nuevo modelo para su comportamiento.
