La prote\u00edna ha sido sobreproducida en b.Subtilis, purificada y sus caracter\u00edsticas enzim\u00e1ticas determinadas comprobando que la quitosanasa de b.Subtilis es m\u00e1s parecida a las quitosanasas de actinomicetos que a las de su mismo g\u00e9nero. La quitosanasa ha sido utilizada como prote\u00edna de referencia para analizae la secreci\u00f3n en condiciones de sobreproducci\u00f3n e identificados los pasos limitantes en este proceso. Por \u00faltimo, la quitosana se utiliz\u00f3 como prote\u00edna de referencia en el ensayo funcional in vivo de las peptidasas se\u00f1al de streptomyces lividans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
