Se ha desarrollado un procedimiento de optimizacion que evita los problemas de convergencia de los algoritmos generales de programacion matematica y que requiere unos recursos de calculo muy inferiores. La flexibilidad del metodo permite su aplicacion en situaciones de remodelacion.  por otra parte, se presenta una sistematica que permite el desarrollo de procedimientos de planificacion y programacion aplicables en un entorno industrial.  ambos sistemas (dise\u00f1o y planificacion) utilizan conceptos y variables comunes, por lo que se propone un algoritmo para relacionarlos.
