Para poder validar las tecnicas polarimetricas y de reflectividad desarrolladas en la tesis, ha sido desarrollado un sistema compacto, con capacidad de realizar medidas polarimetricas en la base (h,v), y margen frecuencial que va de 12gmz a 40gmz, dotandolo de un conjunto original de algoritmos de calibracion polarimetrica que permiten eliminar los errores sistematicos que aparecen en las
