Las manifestaciones de la pol\u00edtica audiovisual comunitaria en el sector cinematogr\u00e1fico tambi\u00e9n es objeto de estudio. Particularmente, la promoci\u00f3n del cine a trav\u00e9s de las empresas televisivas.  el n\u00facleo duro del trabajo lo constituye la actividad adminsitrativa de fomento y control de la cinematograf\u00eda. Se analizan, cr\u00edticamente y en profundidad, las diversas medidas de ayuda al cine en sus tres vertientes de producci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y exhibici\u00f3n, el sistema de cuotas cinematogr\u00e1ficas (de pantalla y de distribuci\u00f3n), otros mecanismos interventores (control de taquilla, certificados de calificaci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas y salas, medidas de seguirdad enla exhibici\u00f3n, plazos de emisi\u00f3n y publicidad, actividad registral y los derivados de la consideraci\u00f3n del cine como patrimonio hist\u00f3rico), sin olvidar el r\u00e9gimen sancionador.  por \u00faltimo, se realiza un breve repaso sobre los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre la obra cinematogr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
