El modelo es binocular y con \u00e9l se obtiene retinotop\u00eda, formaci\u00f3n de campos receptivos, selectividad a orientaci\u00f3n y dominios oculares.  -desarrollo de una nueva red neuronal para la optimizaci\u00f3n combinatoria (orna). En particular se ha trabajado en el problema del viajante de comercio(tsp). en la memoria presentada se propone el nuevo modelo, se analiza en profundidad y se muestra su potencia al comparar las aproximaciones encontradas con las de otras redes de neuronas(cl\u00e1sicas en la aproximaci\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n de problemas de optimizaci\u00f3n combinatoria).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
