Estas c\u00e9lulas pueden ser extra\u00eddas del conjunto heterog\u00e9neo de c\u00e9lulas que constituyen el tumo mediante microdisecci\u00f3n, que garantiza la homogeneidad de las c\u00e9lulas de inter\u00e9s.  hasta la fecha se handesasrrollado diveros m\u00e9todos de amplificaci\u00f3ndel adn gen\u00f3mico procedente de estas c\u00e9lulas de inter\u00e9s, ya que en caso contrario resultar\u00eda insuficente el adn gen\u00f3mico original para abordar el diagn\u00f3stico. estos m\u00e9todos se fudamentan en la t\u00e9cnica de amplificaci\u00f3n mediante pcr o \u00abreacci\u00f3n en cadena de la polimerasa\u00bb.  en el desarrollo de esta tesis se muestra la optimizaci\u00f3n de un m\u00e9todo de amplificaci\u00f3n isot\u00e9rmica como alternativa a los m\u00e9todos derivados de la pcr, este m\u00e9todo, por su simplicidad, podr\u00eda facilitar su uso en an\u00e1lisis diagn\u00f3sticos que requiriesen un elevado n\u00famero de muestras, ya que ser\u00eda f\u00e1cilmente automatizable.  para comprobar la homogeneidad de la reacci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis preliminar mediante la t\u00e9cnica de array-cgh, estableciendo una comparaci\u00f3ne ntre un adn gen\u00f3mico no amplificado,y un adn aplificado de una l\u00ednea celular de c\u00e1ncer de mama.
