Con toda est\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n hemos elaborado unas conclusiones y finalmente concretado m\u00e1s propuestas de intervenci\u00f3n en diferentes \u00e1mbitos.  el marco pr\u00e1ctico ha utilizado una metodolog\u00eda combianda de procedimientos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Se ha basado en un estudio gen\u00e9rico a partir del an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico de un instrumento construido a prop\u00f3sito y despu\u00e9s de recoger una muestra representativa de 109 centros. Tambi\u00e9n se ha realizado un  estudio espc\u00edfico asesorando a 4 centros piloto en la auto evaluaci\u00f3n de su pcc.  debido a que una \u00fanica conclusi\u00f3n general de esta invetigaci\u00f3n nos dice que todav\u00eda no podemos considerar que los pcc hayan sido un instrumento de cambio y de innovaci\u00f3n, hemos determinado algunos errores que se han cometido, no sin dejar de reconocer las limitaicones de este estudio.  terminamos con algunas propuestas para facilitar y mejorar la elaboraci\u00f3n, aplicaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de los pcc de ahora en
