Se calcularon las cin\u00e9ticas de penetraci\u00f3n, el flujo en el estado estacionario, los coeficientes de permeabilidad y el efecto promotor de cada compuesto en ausencia y en presencia del tensioactivo. El pretratamiento de la piel con lauril sulfato s\u00f3dico se tradujo en incrementos en los valores de permeabilidad de todos los compuestos excepto de los dos m\u00e1s lip\u00f3fitos(4-n butilanilina e indometacina), es decir el tensioactivo act\u00faa como promotor percutaneo sobre aquellos compuestos que presentan un log poct &lt;3. En cuanto al efecto promotor del tensioactivo se observa que para una determinada concentraci\u00f3n el mayor efecto promotor se obtiene para el compuesto m\u00e1s hidrofilo(5-fluorouracilo). se establecieron las correlaciones penetraci\u00f3n-lipofilia y a juzgar de los resultados del ajuste, este se considera de tipo parab\u00f3lico.  se estableci\u00f3 el  ajuste entre el inverso del efecto promotor y coeficiente de reparto. Esta ecuaci\u00f3n permite establecer el efecto promotor del lauril sulfato s\u00f3dico conociendo la concentraci\u00f3n de pretratamiento de la membrana y la lipofilia de la sustancia que se pretende administrar a trav\u00e9s de la piel. En conclusi\u00f3n, el efecto promotor del lauril sulfato s\u00f3dico depende del valor de lipofilia del permeante y presenta un mecanismo de acci\u00f3n similar al que se ha descrito para el
